In addition to your Open Water Diver certificate, you can become an Advanced Open Water Diver by completing at least 4 specialty courses and achieving 24 dives.

With the driver's license, the first aid course is completed first and then the exam is taken.

Diving involves first learning to dive and then diving. But what if something is wrong with your diving buddy? When a diver gets stressed underwater? If someone chokes or has water in their mask and shoots to the surface? Or too exhausted on the surface to swim back to the boat or shore?

Numerous small stressful situations that do not create stress or panic when acted immediately and correctly.

 

That's what the DIVER STRESS & RESCUE program is for! This is the level to which any responsible recreational diver should continue their training.
 

The focus of the training is prevention, recognizing stress and solving problems above and below water. The course lasts about two to four days and includes both theoretical and practical training units in the pool and in open water.

 

Proof of training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation within the last two years is required for certification.
 

Requirements: Open Water Diver and first aid course (this can also be done with us if not available)

It is a timely training program in first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, AED and administering oxygen for diving accidents.     

 

In addition, it handles first aid, so any accident can be treated safely.

 

Participation in a REACT RIGHT program increases diving safety and your well-being. Likewise, valid first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification is required by SSI and other organizations to earn the Diver Stress & Rescue qualification.

The REACT Right program consists of theory and practical skills practice along with that with the REACT RIGHT Instructor.

• Administration of oxygen in diving accidents

• AED - Automated External Defibrilation basic knowledge

In DAN Basic Life Support we show you various emergency situations, how to recognize them and how to take the right immediate measures. You will also be trained to use the Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
Course duration: theory approx. 4-5 hours

Course content:  BLS Basic Life Support, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and automated external defibrillation, requirements: minimum age 16 years

The DAN OXYGEN FIRST AID course covers the administration of 100% oxygen in connection with diving accidents.
We show you how to use an oxygen device correctly and deepen your knowledge about diving accidents.

Duration of course: Theory approx. 3 hours

Course content: Use of 100% oxygen systems to treat diving accidents

Requirements: Minimum age 16 years
